Work duration of the attendance on DingTalk is calculated according to the time of lock-in and clock-out. The time during this period is work duration. If user has submitted an approval form which binds with the attendance suite (Leave/Holiday), working hours will be added/subtracted accordingly.

Tips:

If you have missed one of the punching time in a day(either clock-in or clock-out) , work duration of the day will be counted as zero. Please apply for an adjustment approval, or contact the admin to edit it.
