Hello, the administrator can send a sticky to top announcement on the pc side or the admin panel (oa.dingtalk.com). The mobile client does not support this feature, and the sticky to top announcement needs to select all the recipients can read.

If you need to set the published announcement as the sticky to top announcement:

Desktop client: Click on the left [Work] - [Announcement]-  find the corresponding announcement [Sticky to Top];

Admin panel: [Applications]-[Announcement]- Find the corresponding announcement [Sticky to Top].

Tips:

1. The Sticky to Top announcement can only be set one, if the new announcement has been set as top announcement, the previous one will be canceled. For the same reason, if you need to cancel the announcement, you need to place another announcement.
