Hello, after the team has been created, a unique number will be generated. When the new employee searches the team, just enter the exact number and you can find the team or organization corresponding to the number. The team number does not support modification after setting, or the deletion to unset state.

View team number method:

Administrator: [DingTalk Mobile APP] - [Contacts] -  [Organization Management] - [Team ID] under the team name.

Team members: [DingTalk Mobile APP] - [Contacts] -  [Invitation] behind the team name, click [Team ID] to invite employees.

New employee after registered in DingTalk, in [DingTalk Mobile APP]-[Contacts]- Upper right corner [Plus]-[Join team]-[Join by Team ID].
