What should I do if an account is not activated?

Hello, as long as the DingTalk account can log in normally, it means that the activation is successful. If others check that you are not activated, please check:
1. Whether the account viewed by others is same as the account (mobile number) activated by you;
2. If they are inconsistent, ask the administrator to modify the added number. If they are consistent, it is recommended to delete the employee and add it again.
Method 1: [DingTalk Mobile App] - [Contacts] - [Organization Management] - [Company Contacts] - [Manage Employee / Department] - find the designated employee to edit and delete, and then add again;
Method 2: [Enterprise admin panel (oa.dingtalk.com)]-[Contacts] - Find the specified employee to edit and delete, then add it again.

3. Download DingTalk APP on the mobile phone in application market, it opens to use the mobile phone number to register and activate the DingTalk account.
