[Tips]:
1, Set Rule: 6-20 It consists of lowercase letters and numbers. It must start with a letter. The DingTalk number can only be set once, and it is bound to the DingMail. Therefore, after setting the DingTalk ID, the Ding Mail can not be modified subsequently.
2. If the DingTalk name is same with DingTalk ID, it is not supported to set the DingTalk number of the duplicate name.
