Hello, if you forget your login password, you can reset it by receiving SMS verification code:
1. If the mobile phone has been logged in, you can click [Logout] in [Me]-[Settings], click [Forgot Password] on the login interface, and follow the prompts on the interface;
2. If you forget your password and you cannot receive the verification code because of your mobile phone number is lost, you cannot reset it;
3. If you enter the wrong password multiple times and the login interface is locked, it is recommended not to do anything first, wait 15-30 minutes and try again.
