1. Mobile app: [Contacts]-[Management]-[Company Contacts]-[Manage Employee & Department]-Select Department-[Edit]-[Hide Department]/[Restrict Department].
   

2. Desktop Client: Admin Panel (oa.dingtalk.com)-[Contacts]-Select Department-[Modify]-[Department Privacy Level]/[Restrict Department Contacts Access]

a、[Hide Department]: When enabled, this department will not be shown in organization Contacts;
b.Dsektop client [Restrict Department Contacts Access] can also set

1. No Contacts Access. Only Self;
   

2. Only This Department and Sub-department;
   

3. Custom.
