Hello, the admin can set the UserId and employee ID when adding the employee. If the UserId is not set, the system will automatically generate it.
1. UserId: is the unique identifier of the employee account. Once been generate does not support to modify anymore, you can log in [Admin Panel] (oa.dingtalk.com)]-[Contacts]-[Find the employee]-[Click the employee] to view ;
2. Employee ID number: you can log in [Admin Panel] (oa.dingtalk.com) - [Contacts] - find the employee and click on the employee, you can modify / view the employee data, and edit the work ID number;
3. View the work ID: if the admin sets the mobile phone display work ID, you can view the work ID when you enter someone's personal information page;
4. Display work ID settings: administrator login [Admin Panel] - [Settings] - [Contacts] - set [Profile Information Fields].
Tips:
1. The employee UserId is unique and cannot be repeated. It is not supported after setting;
2. The employee work ID can be repeated, can be modified, or can not be set, it's all depends on the needs of the enterprise.
