[Delete message]: means to delete the chat record, but can't chang the actions that message have been sent, it doesn't affect the other person's records;
[Recall message]: means to withdraw the sent message like never sent out, message received by others is also retracted.
Method：
Mobile App: Long press chat message, then it can be withdrawn or deleted；Mobile App:
DingTalk Dsektop Client: placing the mouse over the message there will be three small dots, which are clicked and then you can either withdraw or delete the message；

[TIPS]：
1. The message can be recalled within 24 hours no matter it has been seen or not (In the dialog list, you can clear up chat records by right-click on a dialog window;
2. If the mobile phone terminal operation is deleted, the computer terminal will also be deleted synchronously, and vice versa;
3. Deleted messages can not recover after, if you accidentally deleted important messages, you can ask the dialogue partner to help you look it up;
4、Group admin can retract the chat messages of members in the group (no time limit) to ensure the security of information in the group.
